The Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms with a background or expertise in Electric Utility District Climate Action planning and/or engineering to provide planning services for a 3,200-acre property called Brunswick Landing (the former Naval Air Station Brunswick site).
