Heather Neal brings over 13 years of experience in nonprofit and government accounting, federal grant management, and school finance. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Thomas College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maine at Augusta, where she also earned her Human Resources Certification. Heather is a commissioned Notary Public and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Regional School Unit 18. She is known for her attention to detail and commitment to public service.

A native of South China, Maine, Heather enjoys spending time with her four children, two grandchildren, and a lively household that includes two golden retrievers and two cats. Heather is a dedicated scrapbooker in her spare time. Her favorite day of the year is her family’s annual autumn hike to Moxie Falls, a tradition that reflects her love for Maine’s natural beauty and strong family values.
