Woodie is the Utilities Director at Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA) at Brunswick Landing, the site of the former Naval Air Station-Brunswick. He is responsible for the operations of the Brunswick Landing Electric Utility, oversight of the water system at the former Navy base until the system transitions to the Brunswick & Topsham Water District, and the implementation of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for the Brunswick Executive Airport (BXM).
Before joining the team at MRRA, Woodie was an electrical contractor in the Moosehead region, Superintendent of the Greenville Division of the Maine Water Company, and Chief Plant Operator of the Biddeford-Saco Division of Maine Water. Woodie holds an associate degree in Electrical Technology from Southern Maine Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine, and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
