There is a growing demand for hangar space in Maine’s Midcoast area. Brunswick Executive Airport, Maine’s premier business airport, already has one T-hangar building with 10 bays that is fully leased and we have a waiting list for new hangars.
Brunswick Executive Airport has 10 acres of land on the east side of the airfield along Orion Street that is available now for new construction of general aviation hangars. We also have acreage for lease to build hangars for larger aircraft on the north side of the airport, near Hangar 6 along Seahawk Ave.
If you’re interested in building your own hangar or a set of single-engine aircraft T-hangars to lease to other aircraft owners, we have land available for lease at very competitive rates, as low as 35 cents per square foot.
