Dear friends,
I hope you and your families are staying safe during these challenging times. In light of this unprecedented circumstance, I want to update you all on the status of MRRA operations over the next few weeks. In order to protect our collective health safety and minimize exposure our employees, customers and partners during this virus outbreak, we will be taking the following actions, effective immediately:
- MRRA will be open for business, however, most staff will be teleworking, with some folks staffing the phones, checking mail and conducting other administrative functions, on a limited basis. Maintenance staff will be on site, as needed, using proper isolation strategies.
- We are advising all of our customers and partners that you should feel free to contact us via email, texts, phones, etc. We will get back to you as soon as practicable.
- We will try to schedule all group meetings via tele or video conferencing, as appropriate.
- Our cleaning team is focusing on keeping our public spaces and joint use buildings sanitized as much as practicable.
- We will serve as a conduit for information of business support services to be made available at the federal and state level.
I will try to update you periodically. Please be patient with us during these very trying times. We will try to be as responsive to your needs as we can.
