Due to safety concerns last year, we want to get ahead and avoid a similar situation for Winter 2025/26. There will be a temporary parking ban on Admiral Harry Rich Drive beginning Monday, December 15th, 2025 until the start of Spring 2026.
If your vehicle is not moved or is parked on Harry Rich Dr. after 12/15/25, it will be towed at the owners’ expense.
