Martin’s Point Health Care building begins taking shape.
The construction industry continues to boom at Brunswick Landing. Four commercial buildings are currently under construction, including two office buildings and two restaurants.
The largest project is a 56,000 SF medical office building for Martin’s Point Health Care.
A 20,000 SF building for Wild Oats Bakery and Cafe on Fitch Avenue is slated for completion by year’s end. New buildings along Bath Road for Bar Harbor Bank and Trust and Dunkin’ Donuts are also on track to open later this year.
Additionally, more than 100 units of housing is planned along Fitch Avenue with ground-breaking expected within the next month.
