From Crooker Construction: We wanted to give you a heads up that with all the water utility construction complete, paving activities will be coming up in the near future on Brunswick Landing.
If all goes well, you will see our crews start paving in about a week’s time.
We are currently in the process of fine grading Pegasus, Katahdin and Allagash. We are also maintaining the water trench in Fitch at Landing Drive until it can be paved.
There are three (3) fire hydrant installs that will require pavement patching along Fitch and Sewall (Sidewalk restoration & removal of old gate valve box).
Roadway paving will be done in accordance with Brunswick accepted paving standards/practices; and we will be sampling/testing the pavement as it is installed (part of our internal QC process). Results will be shared/forwarded with the Town at completion.
