Former TechPlace company STARC Systems was awarded the Excellence in Entrepreneurship award at the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber Annual Awards Dinner on Friday. STARC is now located now the street from TechPlace in a 16,000 SF manufacturing facility and also has offices in Hangar 6.
