BioWorks Private Lab 2 provides 341 sq. ft. of dedicated, well-lit lab space designed to support the growth of biotech startups and scaling research teams. The lab shares a 242 sq. ft. gowning area with Lab 3, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance readiness.
Access is secured through a keypad entry system, with individual locks for each lab to protect both safety and confidentiality. The gowning area is outfitted with storage racks, cabinets, and a washing sink to streamline preparation and organization.
Tenants also gain access to the BioWorks Shared Production Lab, a fully equipped Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) facility featuring a wide range of specialized equipment for research, development, and production needs.
