Good morning,
We have received an update from Crooker Construction regarding the Utility installation project.
Utility installation is progressing up Line Drive, and with any luck they will be making the turn on to Pegasus Street Thursday morning (January 16, 2025). At that point they will be closing Pegasus to traffic from Fitch Ave and posting a detour.
Traffic going to Hangar 6 will detour to Seahawk and then return to Pegasus at Seahawk. For a short period of time, there will be a single lane of traffic between Seahawk and Katahdin. They will post signage / flaggers as needed to get traffic to and from Hangar 6.
There will also be a period of time where the flight line gate to the apron from Pegasus will not be accessible. Another gate will have to be utilized.
The entrances to Flight Deck (from Pegasus) will be closed, but they will have access from Seahawk/Atlantic.
They do not anticipate and water system shutdowns at this point.
They will connect the properties along Pegasus to the new water main later in the project.
Thank your patience and understanding.

Great to see the progress on the utility installation at Brunswick Landing. The coordination required for such projects is impressive. Here in Auckland, we’ve been navigating similar infrastructure upgrades, particularly with our Central Interceptor project aimed at improving wastewater management. It’s always insightful to observe how different regions tackle these essential developments. Keep up the good work!
