Dear friends,
As we continue with Governor Mills “Stay Healthy at Home” order for Maine due to Covid-19, please know that the folks at MRRA are concerned about the impact this order will continue to have on our businesses and people of the Midcoast Region. To that end, we will continue to advocate for re-opening our economy as soon as practical, but safely.
In order to aid businesses in understanding how the order applies to them, and various resources that can support them, the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development has posted important information on their website www.Maine.gov/decd/. The Town of Brunswick www.brunswickme.org also provides some additional requirements and other good information for businesses in Brunswick.
While it looks like it’s going to be a rough summer and our heart goes out to all of you who are impacted, we’re hopeful we can pull through this quicker than originally proposed and can continue with the amazing resurgence of our community.
Lastly, a big thank you to all the businesses and people in the region who are doing great things to help us through these trying times.
We’re all in this together. Please stay positive and be kind and considerate to each other.
Take care and stay healthy
