Hello All,
As of 2:30 pm this afternoon the source of the leak in the water main at the intersection of Guadalcanal and Antietam has not been located. The excavated area has been backfilled for the weekend, and we will resume and on Monday, February 2nd. For those that had their water services effected today you can expect similar disruption in your service on Monday.
A boil water notice is NOT in effect at this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work through this unfortunate event. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.

We have located the valves required to isolate the section of water main that needs to be repaired. Residents on Guadalcanal between the intersection of Independence and Antietam can expect to lose water service between 7:00am -8:00am tomorrow morning, (Friday) Providing we do not have any issues with the valves required to isolate this section of the water main. Due to the unknown of exactly where and what the issue is at this time we can’t estimate how long your water service will be interrupted.
A boil water notice is NOT in effect at this time. If that changes, we send out an update.

We have found a small break in the water main at the corner of Antietam and Guadalcanal. We will be locating valves today with repairs likely tomorrow. Residents in this area can expect a disruption in their water service.
